We are considering it for living.
How is Phase 7 for building own house?
Is there any map for where these file based plots will be location?
How much development charges will be?
How soon we can expect possession?

These are files and not plots. Location could be and block or even new area. Development charges will be around 15 Lacs for ten Marla.
For house construction must need to buy ready to construct ten Marla in DHA 7. Yes you can construct house in possession areas. When your house ready it will look far more occupied than today. |
