I have seen two decades of the property market. People’s views in dead periods and in periods of hype are nearly the same according to these stages.
When there is dead period, no one want to purchase and when there is period of hype, everyone wants to purchase the property.
When prism was on 47, everyone want to buy it in 2005 and when it was on 13-14 in 2011, no one want to buy. But when it reached on 100-150, everyone was behind it .

Being an investor i would always say that this is best time to buy in property but try to catch category plots instead of files as ballot is not giving that much impact or hype |
