Which is better Dha 13 or dha 10 Lahore for long time investment. 10 Marla and 1 kanal?
Location wise one is better? Please comment.
Some people say dha13 is close to River Ravi and not good.

DHA Phase 13 will be much better than any DHA phase of Lahore in future due to location and ROI point of view. It would be a modern phase of DHA inshaAllah. Prices in surrounding areas especially DHA EME sky rocketing |
