Dear Sirs/Fellow Readers,
I was abroad and given my house on rent located in phase 6 Dha Lahore. Lease agreement expire in July 2019 and was not renewed. Now I have been relocated and need house for personal use but tenant refusing to vacate. Can DHA help me in this matter? Or should I take matter in Civil Court?

You need to spend some money and hire professional badmaash who will throw their stuff out of your house. 1-2 lakh should be enough, rather than doing court case which will decide in your next generation probably |
