Jawad sahib kindly explain why phase 13 is good for short term when there is no chance of coming on ground for next 4 years?dha gujrawala already develment started and dha phase 13, long way to go to start even any thing. Waiting for kind reply.

LRE always promote DHA PHASE 13.

Because of Balloting
DHA Phase 13 ballot is expected in coming 1 to 1.5 years on the other hand DHA Gujranwala will take minimum 2 year for ballot.
