How DHA Deals with extra land adjacent to residential plot. Please answer below mentioned questions:
1) Plot Owner has to pay price for this land at What rate? How This rate will be calculated?
2) This extra land can be Included in home and building can be constructed on it or This area can be used for green belt only? |
