If I want to buy 10 Marla Affidavit file for the Phase 9 PRISM. All I have to add to the price is Transfer fee 12,000 and Membership fee 45,000. That means no CVT upfront at the time of purchase? How much is the commission of the Lahore Real Estate?
How many days of total processing time?
Is it possible to have direct deal with the owner, with pre-determined commission for the Lahore Real Estate?
Basically, all I want is fair deal, with no fake owner or relative/uncle/nephew/cousin of the owner meeting (based on my experience)? Thanks.
