I would like to confirm one thing. Is it possible for an overseas Pakistani to transfer the file/plot from abroad or through any authorized person? Can you please share the procedure or criteria if there is any.

Required Documents Are as Follows:
A Copy of CNIC
A Copy of CNIC of the person coming on Your behalf
A Copy of Passport
Last Entry Or Exit Copy
A Copy of Visa
A Copy of Resident Proof
