What is the actual cost and demanded rate of per sq foot rate of grey structure for 6+1 storey plaza (including basement plus 6 floors) in DHA ISB?. Grey structure includes full plaster of all plaza inside and outside.
Actual cost: Rs.1600 per sq foot???
Min. demand rate from contractor: Rs.2,000 per sq foot???

depends on structural drawings. rate is 2000+ per square foot. Anything less would be a disaster for you so be careful. |
