Phase 7 is better. Prism has many villages in the middle, dirty sewage drain and pollution creating factories in the south, pollution from ring road in the north and pollution from ferozepur road from the west.
It is also on the flight path for the planes landing at the airport which means noise and air pollution.

But then there is no use to put these arguments as LRE will say prism, prism, prism...

Roads are also wider in Phase 7 with minimum as 50 feet while prism has smaller roads. Phase 7 has better town planning with straight roads. Also Phase 7 is secure and covered from all four sides. Given the history, it will take 20 years for prism to populate.

Phase 7 may be better in some aspects but it is much worse in others.
Phase 7 has at least 3 villages inside 2 on the boundary. So over all these villages will be part of DHA. Factories may be true. Pollution normally travels long distance. Planes fly much lower on DHA Ph 5, Ph 2 , PH 1 so its not an issue. as DHA . DHA Ph 7 is at at the back and bit far away from LRR.

So Prism is better in many ways and Ph 7 is better in others. We have to be realistic. MArketing companies have to sell so they focus on the one that will give them more money. :)

Incorrect. Both villages in Phase 7 are half cleared up and remaining are clearing up. Phase 9 has multiple huge villages which will never be removed.

Distance, take the lahore map and measure the distance from center of Lahore. You will find phase 7 close to city center, airport and all other places.

Dev Klan ville
Harpalke ville

Besides - I do not want to live next to a lake which carries feces of half of lahore

And about distance - try navigating ferozepur road even now ( lockdown) . When this side of lahore is populated, ferozepur road is going to be a nightmare
