Yeah i truly believe it’s a great project and will give good return eventually but man this development is so slow

As per initial claims / estimates, Prism was to be completed on Fast Track and handed over within 3 years from balloting (May 2015). Five years have already gone by, but possession is nowhere in sight. Going by the past experience (phase 5, 6, 7 and 8 etc.), DHA could take well another about 5 years (minimum) before completion is actually envisaged. And that should still be considered as acceptable.

If you want to see the worse, look at DHA Overseas Valley (Islamabad), where people made payment back in 2008 (12 years now) but no talk of development, completion or possession etc. as yet. Shamelessly DHA is not providing any info as regards this project anymore.
