Which one is better option to buy looking at the return and commercial activity of the area. I have an option to buy 4 marla commercial in DHA Phae 7 X block or to buy a 4 marla Commercial in Phase 5 Extension near Ring Road. Advice from friends are requested before making an investment decision.
