@ Faizan and @ Jawad from LRE. Post for evaluation for DHA Multan H-1460 was seen. Evaluation was done at 55 lakh. Its strange and i will tell you why. Your own LRE update on block wise rates for DHA Multan give H block prices from 55-65 lakh meaning worst location plot (facing graveyard etc) at 55 lakh and best location (corner/park facing at 65). So if you value a plot like 1460 at 55 lakh please explain your logic. Dont fool people. either you give wrong evaluation or you post wrong block wise rates. i saw 1460-H on map and its a very decent location plot which is near to park. has good access from double road. so for sure cant be minimum rate of that block. should be half way of your range making it around 60 lakh.

Dear Sir, 1st of all there is no graveyard on any other drawback in H block. and we are just sharing general minimum to maximum plots prices in Our Block-wise Rates Update,we have not mentioned that 55 Lac is for worst location plot.
