Dear LRE and Faizan. The CCA-3 Commerical range for phase 4 provided by LRE and CMY is 150-190 lakh for 4 marla. I beleive my plot is the best location of 4 marla in CCA-3 so should be valuated around 190 lakh. if this one is 165-170 lakh as you say then from CCA-3 map please confirm me the plot number which makes the upper range of 190 lakh price for that area. want to compare difference between 190 lakh and 165 lakh plot per your evaluation. And do reply me with a plot number so that not only me but everyone sees it and not just say contact BIlal Bhatti for details. Bilal Bhatti can also reply to post so that it is visiable for everyone. I am not saying but your evaluation passes a message that LRE underestiamte the plot value for its customers. |

dont go by these rates. your plot is approx 230 while general bracket as of now is 180- 235 |
