Don’t prefer A P and Q block of prism.Very close to HUDIARA DRAIN.The area will be badly smelling during wind blowing.Moreover,These blocks will be over congested due to DHA town (adjacent to A block).Plus trafic from Askari 11 n approach from ph 5 through M block will further create congestion in these blocks.Dont know ,why this artificial hype of prices is made in these blocks(A block 1 kanal for 180.......beyond any comprehension).Instrad,F and H r very finely located n comparatively in more open space,which make the the living more comfortable n soothing.Prefer F and H block as these r the best of the best blocks,both for living as well as for investment.F block will be the ISLAMABAD of prism.Don’ t prefer G block due to litigation n ZIG ZAG laying pattern which will make one uncomfortable for so many turns.F and H block r the best block of the prism.Mark these words n keep them in record.
