Multan replied on Thursday, August 13, 2020 11:01 AM  H-Block rates 56-75 lakh. just below on this LRE Page LRE evaluated H-1471 at 55 lakh on same day. below their range mentioned. and thats a decent average location plot with good access from double road and newar to park. so should fall in between the range mentioned 56-75 - meaning it should be evaluated around 65-66 lakh. on what basis is 55 evaluation done!
