An architect told me a dha 10 marla map will cost 30k. And submission will be another 15k. Any idea what is this about?
Also I am in the market for a reasonable architect to design a 10 marla dha home but prices vary from 30k to 450k so far I checked. Why so much difference in prices?
And how to pick an architect? :1)
