Plot prices in prism r presently very reasonable n Towards lower side of its forecast potential index.The reason of this is ,that as the price takes a start to increase,the more plots come into Mkt which balance out the price.Since being the biggest in all its preceding dha phases,this phenomenon is occurring n is good indicator for investors/genuine clients to step into it.But this will remain for a longer period.This is the right time to enter into prism as the prices have just marginally increased.This PRISM ,in a very short time will be parallel to L,M,N block of DHA phase 5 (price wise) where the price of 1 kanal is 4 to 5 crore.I repeat it “In a very short time” Just note the point.Leaving all dha phase behind.No investment of today in All Pakistan is better than the prism n I have the reasons to say.People who r wise r purchasing prism plot in bulk.Another biggest advantage is this investment serves excellently for both purpose,Profit gain n living .Profit will be the highest in all other investment of Pakistan n if for living purpose,the living would also offer the most posh n highly sought after in all Lahore.Just mere on announcement of possession (for few blocks or for all blocks) n which is very close ,the prices will cross the barrier of 3 crore.So sincere advice is that don’t miss this opportunity.Must avail it n see things happening by urself .I m not dealer or agent but have a strong analysis of all dha n other housing projects.
