Hi aslamualikum I have maximum Life savings of 40-50lacs .can u guys gave me advice which Defence phase I can buy ? 5 Marla prism is still in range ? Any other recommendations will be appreciated .its gona be Long Term investment 10 years or so

For long term any DHA would be good. But If I had such cash I would have gone with following 2
a) 5 marla file in DHA 13
b) 1 kanal file in DHA Quetta
