There are villages in Phase 7 as well..There is no match of Phase 7 with 9 prism in term of location..prism is much near to Gulberg, Kalma chowk, Model town & Canal road.
Do not close your eyes guys.Still you can buy a good location plot in 9 prism under 200 lacs..It will clearly beat DHA phase 7 after possession.Its comparison will be with DHA phase 6 & 8 in terms of prices, not with Phase 7.Possession news is there and we could expect possession of few blocks in 6 months, thats why prices are increasing.

what is a better location Cantt or village near ferozepur road (Prism is connected to Ferozepur road through villages on rohi nala). Phase 7 is connected to 6 and 8 and then Cantt. Cantt is the most expensive area of Lahore. Non of the current blocks of DHA are connected to Ferozepur road. Phase 5 which is at 450 lacs per kanal is no way near any Ferozepur road. It is part of current DHA, as is phase 6, 7 and 8 (which is one block)

Price in K block phase 6 is 350 lacs and in W block phase 7 is 250, which is 10 sec drive from K block phase 6. once populated, W block will be 325 lacs. 20 to 25 lacs below phase 6 K block. Both blocks are around Raya club.

No possession of Prism is expected before 2022. IVY Green is ready with electrification work complete but still there is no possession. Electrification has just started Prism. No chance of possession before 2022.

There is only one village on the side of Phase 7 which affects only block P and Q.

Mc donalds Y blocks in phase 7 is coming up. Check DHA website. It is on the same line as Mc donalds Y block phase 3.

Phase 7 gained the most in the current price increase.

Wake up guys. Prism is a very good block no doubt but it is far away from current DHA
