Please guide how is Fazaia phase 2 for investment located on Sharif City Road, I visited it last week, One Dealer is saying that people are investing there. Many homes are under construction. Can we consider it for investment as 7 marla plots are available 35 to 40 lacs brackets.

I visited Fazaia 2 last week, find 10 to 15 house and 4 commercial plazas under construction, looking to location I believe it is good time to invest in 5 and 7 Marla. |

Mr. Ali, its located around 10KM away from Ada Plot on Sharif Medical City Road or Jati Umrah Road. Further, its LDA approved society being shown on LDA website. |

7 Marla in this society is for 35 to 40 lac where as it is 10 KM from Add Plot. In comparison Societies near to Add Plot , right close to ring road and even before Sharif Complexe and well populated like Army Welfare Trust Housing - 2 cost the same are more feasible for investment and house construction. ....I think |

if i am not wrong, AWT 2 is very much expensive and people are demanding more than 60 lakh for 9 marlas average location plots. No doubt its location is superb..... |
