It’s not viable option to apply in any category......by any angle or perspective.Suppose I m lucky to have that 9.50 crore plot n if I don’t have 15% to pay after 1 month I.e 1 crore n 42 lac .......my plot will be liable to be cancelled.So what I will do ,will sell it even if I m getting 1 lakh.And the person who is having min 5 crore can purchase n after going through so much hassle.....may earn it ONE CRORE PROFIT.And this He May get after 3 to 4 month,if he by chance gets a purchaser.
Instead,if this rich man ,having 5 crore to purchase this 9.5 crore worth plot n play it for just ONE CRORE PROFIT.........why should he not invest the same amount in prism n purchase 3 outstanding location plot without getting into any hassle/tension,and earn min 2.5 to 3 crore PROFIT,within just the same period of 5 months.
It’s just a flop investment.Pl don’t touch it at all.Put all the investment amount in prism n see the outcome just in less than 3 months.PRISM,PRISM N just PRISM.Dont plan any other investment at this time other than PRISM (A sincere advice).U will see the tremendous gain beyond ur imagination.Keep my words in record.Still the plot prices r under valued viz a viz it’s strenth.

^^^ We did hear that Prism tantrum many years ago. People who have investment in Prism are often seen here promoting it.

Dear CMY, with all due respect, I see some issue with your recommendation regarding Ph-7 CCA2 commercials. Please see below on this forum, on 17 Sep 2020 the LRE team published prevailing prices of plots in Ph-7. According to that table, current price range for 8 Marla commercial in CCA2 is mentioned as 5 to 6 crore. So if DHA is offering 8 Marla commercials over there at 6.5 crore, how is it still attractive???

I visited prism this week to see actual ground progress. There was very little work ongoing only in Upper blocks specially and some in H/F block. The only real work was Water tanks being completed. Clearly DHA is no hurry for actual possession as the slow pace of development seems intentional. Too me current prices are in line with development and would have to wait for further gains.

Keeeep hearing the prism tantrum for just one year more.......!!!!!!
People who missed the train and do not have any investment in prism will always seen here rejecting it.....!!!!!
Prism speaks itself for its worth n value.No one can deny the reality of prism potential.....!

Have a question regarding possession and construction for this ballot . If its on 3 years installments when do the successful applicant get possession and can start construction . After 15% down payment or after 3 years when All installments are paid. It’s not mentioned in terms and conditions .
