Good opportunity for both, buyers and sellers. In my view, in long run, phase 7 prices will support phase 9 prices.
if Phase 7 average plot is at 2.5 crore, phase 9 plot will be above 2.5 crore after possession.
Agree with me or not, Phase 9 has a big advantage of Ring Road direct Access which makes it comparable with Phase 6.
With time, people will realize that phase 9 blocks close to ring road will gain alot.
