Soil test is done before construction of
each house to know the actual depth which has strength to bear structure. this determines the Foundation depth etc especially for earthquake . It is good to get soil test done of ur plot which is not very costly when u r spending so much on house construction. |

Yes its Good to Have Soil Test Done building House . I did it Recently in Phase 8 through UET
