Last few months the property prices are either stuck at the same price or have come down for some projects.
How we see next 1-2 years for property? will prices remain same/come down or expected to get gains? Mainly talking for DHA projects for Lahore, Multan and Peshawar.

They might stay same or come down, as there is no economic activity and growth rate is almost 0 percent. Businesses are not doing well, so who has the money to invest |

May be after corona vaccine availability in Pakistan. Things might turn up. At the moment state agents are promoting random societies. |
