In line with the vision of 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐫. 𝐈𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧, Chief Minister of Punjab has made a wonderful announcement to provide affordable housing scheme for low income families and homeless people
"𝐍𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐃𝐀 𝐀𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬"--- 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐌
Decision to Construct 35000 apartments in 𝐋𝐃𝐀 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞.
Approximately 8000 kanals of land has been allotted for the project. Initially, 10 billion PKR have been allocated for the construction of 4,000 Apartments.
PC-1 as well as Master Plan of the project has been approved.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬:
1- Provision of more than 60% of open and
green spaces
2- Integrated Mass-transit system
3- Community gyms and health facilities
4- Dedicated parking for each Apartment
5- Dedicated commercial area
6- Neighbourhood convenience shop
7- Provision of small business within the
developed area
8- Provision of community schools and
dispensaries
9- Mosques and community parks
10- Underground electricity supply and much
more.
Development work on fast track basis under auspices of Director General LDA, is underway.
