I was reading general phase prices given by LRE. when i compared prices to current market and checked, i found LRE on the following trend:
1. Price Prism higher by 20 to 25 lacs from the market
2. Price phase 7 lower by 15 to 20 lacs from the market
3. price IVY green lower than market by 20 laces at least.

Prism is very good but surrounded by villages and factories (industrial area) and it is not on ferozepur road. however, phase 7 is merging into phase 6. I consider phase 6, 7 and 8 as one block, which is connected to Lahore Cantt, the most prestigious area of the town. Phase 7 is established and is being populated. The prices are bound to increase as more and more houses are built, which will create scarcity of availability.

Prism prices are higher due to investor interest created by dealers. there is bound to be up and down in prices till the possession, which is at least 2 years away. no chance of possession till mid 2022. IVY Green possession still not given, when it is way head in development from Prism.

Please dont be fooled. Either invest in Prism for 3 year or invest in Phase 7 for shorter tenor. Keep in mind bottom of any developed plot in a well populated area is 3.5 crores (u will find exceptions but this is general reality). I think phase 7 is bound to reach to that level in next 2 years. Prism is still 5 years away from that level due to its development stage.

DHA - 9 Town is also very bad investment and only Phase 7 is best on whole Planet Earth

Totally agree with your analysis. Prism has lots of areas where DHA does not have possession so it will take 3 to 4 years before possession is given. Phase 7 is clear and already developed.

Above are mostly facts.
He is not saying Prism is bad, all he is saying is due to on going development it is lagging behind.
It is also a fact that it is surrounded by villages and factories whereas phase 7 is not.
