A good 4 marla Commercial plot of prism was available at 270-280 lac in 2015 (as per LRE web history). In 2015 a good 1k residential (block A) plot was 90-100lac in 2015. Ratio of 2.8. Commercial about 3 time residential.
As of today the residential 1K plot in Block A is 230-250lac while the 4m commercial good plot is 550 max. A ratio of 2.2. Commercial about twice residential.
