as development work is going on fast pace and possession is expected next year but prices of dha rahber 4 and 8 marla commercials are still on lower side..in 2017 4 marla was trading at 2 crore and still prices quoted are 175-225 which is not wortwhie gain..any comments on its future gains and potential to reply please
