Faysal CH. replied on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 11:34 AM  LDA Avenue.1 in next 5 years will be consider prominent society in the town as 5-6 societies around it as populated more than 50%, so its future is SHINES. Another one more thing govt have included this Raiwind+Thokar area into its "Development Area" plan. If you compare the Prices of Plots in LDA Avenue.1 with its surrounding societies then you suprise more that its too Cheap although its not well maintained but its LDA own society and you can see Johar Town right now........hot location in the entire LAHORE but in its starts it was same like Avenue 1. LDA Avenue.1 location matters more because its PRIME+PRIME+PRIME with low budget. Lake City, Beacon House society is far from it but there prices are sky high of 10/M. In my personal views it will be the nEW TOWN in the LAHORE to SHINE and rest of things almighty ALLAH knows better.
