You are doing tremendously good work indeed for all, especially for small investors like me, who buy one odd plot from small income to get some gains. Basing on your experience & foresight, pl guide:
1. Is it worth investing in DHA Multan one kanal file once it is costing Rs. 65 Lac now?
2. When is the next ballot. Any chance of its postponement & taking it to next few months?
3. One kanal files are likely to be balloted in W1, W2 Sectors or spillover /additional files may be balloted in some newly created Sec like Z Sec adjoining W1,W2 etc?
4. In what Sectors 10 marla files are likely to be balloted. Is there any space left in the existing 10 Marla Sectors; Sector U, B1 or new Sectors will be created? What about Sector J, pl?
6. The extended portion of Sector E will remain one Kanal or may it be turned into 10 Marla?
7. Which Sector is better to invest in 5 Marla; Sector V or T (upper portion near planned Pakistan Chowk/monument)?

1 yes because min rate in DHA Multan is now 75 lacs. 2 Likely in Aug 2021 unles DHA Multan extend its date 3 Could be in any current sector or new sector Z . We are not sure for their exact blocks 4 I think ten marla have a great chance to be allocated in U block but again not an official word on it and its just a guess 6 Highly likely to stay kanal 7 May most favorite was V as it was available in 20 to 22 lacs but in one week it gained 6 to 8 lacs so now I will be going for T sector as its close to Pakistan Square and under development too. still files are good to Go. Plot rise scenario starts when file peak finishes, and it depends on DHA Administration, that it takes on Plots rise due to its forthcoming attitude and policies and on ground manifestation... here DHA multan has done wonders in each block and still is doing that. Its a great project run by best team. so feel free to get into. |

About Multan we have been seeing file steadily rising. But Now Near Budget all files are showing weakness as short term sellers are expected to to off load. Today is first working day of weekend and DHA phase 10 fie is already showing weakness.. Regarding Location it can be W1 W2 or even new Blocks. Up to my information 1000+ plots in each blocks are balloted. But usually these plots are given to army as service benefit. and that process will continue many years. |
