I am confused Please guide me which is a better option to invest
Option 1.
Buy home and rent it out
Result: property value will increase with time and also enjoy monthly rent on it.
Option 2
Buy plots... And hold for few years...
Please guide how to invest?

I will not go for option one as with time house degrades needing lots of maintenance. In most cases, tenants mess up houses dont pay rent or bills and you end up with court case and too much headaches. If want to use this option only go for commercial property not residential.
