What will be early signs of Fall in market Price,

Will market show the down trend after budget?
Both Buyers and seller are asking this question.
Only Coming 2 weeks will answer this question.
I am here commenting that based upon old experiences what will show that market will drop
You can track few valid files like DHA Lahore phase 10 and Multan File to see if Market will Drop. If you see steady drop price of these files you will see Market will go down
For best interpretation you will have to watch them slowly and mark weekly change in price only 2 weeks watch will tell you.
what you should should do if you are a seller? You should try your best to lock deal
if you are buyer and investor only you should hold for a while

please note that market may fluctuate a little bit hence do not count for daily rates rather few days average
File 13 and DHA Quetta may also fall more sharply but those are not true indicator of Market as these are in hands of speculators.
As the end user Focus on the areas were ground realities are changing like prism, IVy green Multan good blocks where you dont see much hype
As no matter market will drop but based upon some ground realities prices will keep on improving in the areas where important mile stones like possession, electrification LDA approval etc are being met.

Market of files and non possession property is expected to drop even if amnesty is extended because of property bubble created over last one year. Prices are doubled and should be corrected now.
It is good time to sell because people of abroad cannot travel to Pakistan due flight restrictions. Property owners in Pakistan take advantage and sell at a better prices. Flights are expected to resume by first week of July, peoperty owners in Pakistan can advantage and sell now.
Going forward amnesty is expected to be extended for possession property, as it construction amnesty. Files and non possession property won't be getting amnesty anymore, this is the rumour in FBR circles.

Amnesty has always been on possession property... please reread the details if you are unaware (above commenter).

As for amnesty extension, most people know it will be extended. It is 99% sure, it will be confirmed at the end of this month just as a formality/officially. I think residential properties in some areas with high current and potential construction output will continue to rise. So I expect DHA Multan possession areas, phase 7 DHA Lahore, Bahawalpur DHA to be safe areas of investment for next 6-12 months. Phase 9 prism will continue to rise due to possession rumours. As for DHA files, I feel some of the prices are going too high and frankly into dangerous territory. By this I mean for investment purposes, these files have become high risk and low reward in short term. For long-term investment, files will definitely gain plenty more but you must have holding power so you don't panic if file prices do plummet. The current state of files is such that prices can be unpredictable.
