Can some one guide if this is the right time to buy DHA City as its touching max these days .. Also same question for LDA city, is it right time to invest in it.
Out of these which one is preferred ? and one should go for considering long term investment.

DHA city has far more room for growth in long-term and I believe if you're buying in either LDA or DHA city, buy only long-term. Short-term gains are limited and unpredictable now |

LDA City location wise very good and ready for possession this year. Currently its file is priced at 65 lacs per kanal. Seems dirt cheap, very under priced with a lot of room to gain. Very far off Lakecity offers 5 marla non possession plots at this price so you can see LDA City potential to gain. DHA city seems a long bet. Rest is your choice and luck. |

Thanks alot for your suggestions, really appreciate that. My main concern is just last month DHA city was at 19lac for 5 marla but its now at 26lac .... I'm planning to buy on long-term but what do you guys suggest if i should wait it if there is a chance of it coming down or should go for it at this rate .
Also on basis of rate of return and secure investment which one will be better choice .. Do take in account that 5 marla at DHA is around 26 these days and in LDA its around 19 |

Both are secure. DHA City has brand name but nothing else at the moment. Even its location and roadmap is not clear. So you may wait for a few months if you want to invest in DHA City. On the other hand, LDA City is the priority of this govt. RoR of both already explained above. The current hype has not infiltrated non DHA projects yet but it will now. LDA City also offers a chance of hitting jackpot if your plot is balloted on wide road ( check rates in this case). |
