Quetta is least expensive right now compared to other DHA's..Early Bird A block plots are above 100 lacs, it's a sure to be a good investment as sooner the price gap of open files will meet with 25 to 30% less then A block plots, Land files are way undervalued right now |

Can't compare early bird with land files because early bird files are far fewer in number, similarly 4m commercial.. people can make such arguments and convince innocent buyers but once the number advantage goes away in future, people who bought land files are higher prices will suffer |
