Dear sir, there is no parallel to truth But once the truth is hided that creates problem The real issue is not the rate of tax BUT Amnesty regarding the sourse of income I have no problem how they tax me but the sourse.FBR has as yet not agreed

I am personally against investing in DHA JV projects after seeing what happened with DHA valley. Maybe ARY Laguna is a success but the issue is I dont know if it will be after seeing what happened with DHA valley.

Anyways, I always believed government couldnt impose huge taxes on real estate as it would reduce their taxation (number of transactions would go down to very little) and also hurt construction. Now after watching your video, I realise why you made the last video - to raise awareness about the proposed massive tax gains so govt will be pressured to reduce taxes. Good job

CMY saab was promoting ARY laguna like the best thing happened to mankind after the invention of the wheel .... I remember fancy advertisement - which were straight out of Disney World minus the mermaids.

Guys hold your horses. Laguna is not a failure yet. Give it sometime, they themselves are saying, it is going to take 5 years to complete. Its a big project and whoever invest took that risk knowingly well.

Guys, Dont blame CMY for ARY Laguna. His Job is to sell projects. It is you who finally decides. Dont blame others for your decisions.

Agreed. CMY is not to blame if ARY Laguna turns out to be a scam because that is a failure on part of government to not eliminate property scams. I would still give ARY Laguna time for development, maybe they do deliver but personally, am not comfortable investing in DHA JV projects. Much rather invest in DHA own, sole projects because I know they will deliver.

Ary laguna is on lease land from DHA city means all holders will have to pay permonth lease for the land on which apartment building is built , price ????? nobody knows . this is my information anybody has details pl share
