I saw lots more buyer then seller. Buyer ignored tax and FBR values increase. Due to non availability of seller as can't travel and not allowed to transfer on power of attorney buyers have no choice but to buy any available DHAs products. Buyers not willing to buy any non DHAs product.
Money from prize bonds saving accounts and increasing remmitences stock market gains keep finding its way to property market to buy only few options available from local sellers in DHAs. Rates rising lot more than actual number of transection volumes that is not healthy sign.
Due to Eid factor and Naya Nojawan loans of 100s billions more money comming in weeks into property in addition to above sources of money going into property. So party is likely to go one but from today's prices rises won't sharp like we just saw in past few days.
Buyer and holders afraid now seeing such rates.
