I am a Government Officer and was allotted a 1 K plot in 2003 in LDA avenue 1. prices remained struck till 2013 and till 2013 to 2017 a 10 marla average or good location (Facing park or corner not included) plot reached @ 4.5 Million. Now after almost 5 years later it is available in 9 Million. This also include recent price gain i.e 2020 to 2021. if we compare the duration of time and rate of investment and gains during last 18 years it is below than a 3rd class society of small cities. people earned more even in Khana and khachi abadi etc. LDA City was also launched in 2013. Many societies in this duration has been developed and even populated. There are a lot of low profilie societies in Gajju Matta like Madina Town, Green Cap etc. which were available in 2013 @ 2 Lac per marla and now their rate is almost 10 to 13 Lac per marla. LDA City was launched @ 9 Million for 5 Marla. i Think major gains have been repead and than another LDA Avenue is awaiting ahead in the shape of LDA city. |
