LRE Team. please clarify two things:
1. For sectors for which development charges applied mentioned means the rates are inclusive of to date development charges or the rates mentioned are only cost of land?
2. Rates range for example K Block 115-135 - does it mean 115 will be plot of bad location like in front of unallocated land of village or similar like in front of grave yard if there and higher range of 135 meaning best location plot like corner, park facing, on 120 ft? Please clarify |
