There 100s dealers and 1000s buyers and demand is extremely strong. Since extremely low number of plots to be issued it will be almost impossible to get plots on booking rates.
I request each intrested buyer to get in touch with me directly asap so when New rates sizes are available I can inform you in hurry.
No one is authorised at Lahore Real Estate ® to get any conditional or confirm token and I am totally against selling any thing that is not yet in Lahore Real Estate ® hands. You must not send any funds to any one claiming to be at Lahore Real Estate ® ( We were recently informed a fraud person claimed to be working at Lahore Real Estate ® wrongly) . Any money sent must be sent only and only in Lahore Real Estate ® account or when OK by me to the Lahore Smart City bank account.
Lahore Real Estate ® will not be responsible for any token with token and each and every deal will be conditional till plot is transfered in your name with stamped receipt from Lahore Smart City. We will be responsible for your given money only if due to any reason a plot can't be arranged for you.
No need to send conditional tokens because I don't want to be blamed wrongly for playing market with your tokens amount. . Just stay in close touch.
