I have just browsed through above article. I feel sorry about this poor gentleman who is quoting figures about Defense plots and their prices drops and mentioned those in newspaper.
He never mentioned about his own society (Bahria Town) specially Phase 9. People have invested atleast 3 lack (some spent more than that) uptil now in a phase 9 file and now its price is nearly half (170-180 thousands). He has started buying back the file and given a filthy name of merging files. Such a price drop has been intentionally brought into market by poor malik shahib.
I am happy that mailk Riaz is discussing about real estate situation in newspaper and should keep in mind what is his own stage and how he is deceiving thousands of people of phase 9 and to be become rich.

My dear Ali.
BAHRIA is sailing in the same boat as Defence but in defence strakes are very high as you know.
I have seen people buying PHASE 9 IN 2.20LAKHS AND SELLING AT 4.50 LAKHS so this is a cycle that broke now and its been overdue but keep one thing in your mind that bahria investment is very small as one could possess the plot there by giving all the installments and you could have good profits.
Bahria viz a viz shall give you possession on time no matter it is phase 8,9 or bahria"C" make sure. |
