There is rumour in the market that DHA lahore is asking for additional up to 7 Lac development charges on all plots of Prism before house construction or sale. Is it confirmed?
If yes.. it will be really bad dent for DHA lahore reputation. Seems like Bahria tactics

💯 % Confirmed news. I had two plots in prism & took vouchers for dues out they imposed 7 lac additional development charges plus 1500 per month security charges on possession area. |
