Kamal Khan replied on Monday, June 13, 2022 09:07 AM  Can you please clarify what does the term 'Holding Period' mean. Is it from the Date of Possession or Date of Booking the plot / property. In most of DHA housing schemes, handing over of possession takes somewhere 12 to 15 years after the initial booking. What would be the tax implication for such plots?
