DHA Islamabad Rawalpindi Announces Block J House Construction Waiver Program
According to a post published on February 10 and shared on Facebook, the DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has announced a waiver program on the construction of homes for Sector J personnel in Phase V.
In accordance with the plan, members are completely exempt from paying for a variety of services, such as site plans and possession, drawing submissions, water, and approval fees, with the exception of security fees, CIDC fees, and scrutiny fees. This offer’s expiration date of May 31 was noted in the post.
The administration, which recently transferred possession to Sector J in Phase V on February 7, has an exclusive offer for its residents. The DHA team described it as a fantastic opportunity for buyers to build their homes.
