Awareness campaign by DGRDA for public regarding delimitation of new urban limits
Rawalpindi ( ) Director General Rawalpindi Development Authority Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa that on the instructions of RDA (Peri-Urban Structure Plan and Site Development Zone) has hired Mott McDonald Pakistan Company to inform about the new determination of urban limits. . With the help of this company, boundaries are being determined for the next 25 years in which different types of zones are proposed. As green zone, residential zone, industrial zone and agro-farm zone etc. have been proposed.
Chief Planner RDA Jamshed Aftab said that under the direction of DGRDA, RDA has prepared a 25-year planning document in collaboration with the local government regarding Master Plan Rawalpindi. He said that which includes four tehsils Gujjar Khan, Kallar Syedan, Taxila and Kahota areas, housing schemes, industrial areas and central business and other places. He said that housing societies and industrial areas cannot be built outside the site development zone. He said that according to the instructions of the government, the areas outside the site development zones will be for agriculture and environment.
Chief Planner RDA said that on the direction of DGRDA, meetings were held with all stakeholders in all the tehsils (Gujar Khan, Kallar Syedan, Taxila and Kahota) and later the Assistant Commissioners of the four tehsils. Copies of the proposed maps have been given for discussion with local stakeholders and public and have been directed to be displayed in Tehsil offices. He said that Peri-Urban Structure Plan has been uploaded on RDA website www.rda.gop.pk.

ڈی جی آر ڈی اے کے طرف سے عوام الناس کے لیے نئے شہری حدود کے تعین سے متعلق آگاہی مہم
راولپنڈی ( ) ڈائریکٹر جنرل راولپنڈی ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی محمد سیف انور جپہ کہ ہدایت پر آرڈی اے کی جانب سے (پیری اربن سٹرکچر پلان و سائٹ ڈویلپمنٹ زون) شہری حدود کے نئے تعین کے متعلق آگہی دینے کے لیے موٹ میکڈونلڈ پاکستان کمپنی کی خدمات حاصل کی ہیں۔ اس کمپنی کی مدد سے اگلے 25 سال کے لیے حدود کا تعین کیا جا رہا ہےجس میں مختلف نوعیت کے زون تجویز کیے گئے ہیں۔ جیسا کہ گرین زون، رہائشی زون، انڈسٹیریل زون اور ایگروفارم زون وغیرہ تجاویز کیے گئے ہیں۔
چیف پلانر آرڈی اے جمشید آفتاب نے کہا کہ ڈی جی آر ڈی اےکی ہدایت پر آر ڈی اے نے ماسٹر پلان راولپنڈی کے حوالے سے لوکل گورنمنٹ کے ساتھ مل کر 25 سال کی منصوبہ بندی کی دستاویزات تیار کی ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جس میں چار تحصیلوں گوجر خان، کلر سیداں، ٹیکسلا اور کہوٹہ کے علاقے، ہاؤسنگ سکیم، صنعتی علاقے اور مرکزی کاروباری و دیگر جگہیں شامل ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سائٹ ڈویلپمنٹ زون سے باہر کی جگہوں پر ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیز اور انڈسٹریل ایریاز نہیں بنائے جا سکیں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت کی ہدایت کے مطابق سائٹ ڈویلپمنٹ زونز سے باہر کے علاقے زراعت اور ماحولیات کے لیے ہوں گے ۔
چیف پلانر آرڈی اے نے کہا کہ ڈی جی آر ڈی اے کی ہدایت پر اس مقصد کے لیے تمام تحصیلوں (گوجر خان، کلر سیداں، ٹیکسلا اور کہوٹہ) میں تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز کے ساتھ اجلاس کیے گئے اور بعد ازاں چاروں تحصیلوں کے اسسٹنٹ کمشنرز کو مجوزہ نقشہ جات کی کاپیاں دی گئیں تا کہ وہ لوکل سٹیک ہولڈرز اور عوام الناس کے ساتھ بات چیت کریں اور ہدات کی گئی ہے کہ تحصیل آفسز میں آویزاں کریں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پیری اربن سٹرکچر پلان کو آر ڈی اے ویب سائٹ www.rda.gop.pk پر اپ لوڈ کر دیے گئے ہیں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ عوام الناس سے التماس ہے کہ ان سے متعلق اگر کوئی اعتراضات یا تجاویز ہیں تو ڈائریکٹر میٹروپولیٹن پلاننگ محمد طاہر میو اور اسسٹنٹ کمشنرز کے دفاتر میں اگلے دس دنوں میں جمع کرائے جا سکتے ہیں تاکہ اعتراضات اور تجاویز کو پلان میں شامل کیا جا سکے۔ اس حوالے سے مزید معلومات کے لیے ڈائریکٹر میٹروپولیٹن پلاننگ سے آفس ٹائم میں اس فون نمبر پر رابطہ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
