Rawlindi ( ) At the direction of Director General Rawalpindi Development Authority Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering Directorate RDA has four illegal private housing schemes, including Chakri Road On Pak Sir Land Town, Rawat Rawalpindi has issued notices to owners of the Century Town Housing Scheme, Rawat City Housing Scheme and Albraq Enclave۔
A spokesman for the RDA also said sponsors were warned to close the marketing of their unapproved illegal housing schemes immediately and, according to the law, the sponsors were also warned Contact the RDA to obtain the NOC approval of the scheme, otherwise they will be prosecuted۔
