Finance Minister Orders The Balloting Of Nilore Heights-1 Project Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has ordered the balloting of the Nilore Heights-1 housing project for overseas Pakistanis. For this purpose, he has directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to take proper action and arrange this balloting as soon as possible. The project is located in Islamabad and is being developed by the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF).
