Date to deposit confirmation (i.e. 20%) amount in 2.66 Marla & 6 Marla and 50% payment in pre-launch files has been extended till *23rd June 2023* keeping in view various requests from our members. Please note that this will be *Full & Final Notice* and no further extension will be given.
1. Please be advised to deposit *20% payment* of *2.66 Marla & 6 Marla commercial* by *23rd June 2023* and collect MS letter. Failure to deposit the amount by *23rd June 2023* will result in *cancellation* of property.
2. Please be advised to deposit *minimum 50% payment* of Pre-launch Residential files (e.g 18, 19 lac 5 Marla - 33, 34 lac 10 Marla, 54-55 lac 1 Kanal) by *23rd June 2023* to avoid *cancellation.*
