It is hereby intimated that, Punjab Sales Tax as per clause 15 of the 2nd Schedule to PSTS Act i.e Rs. 100 per square yard for plots and Rs. 50 per square feet for building, apartments
(Constructed by DHA) etc, is required to be deposited by the property owner, before execution of any transaction such as Transfer, Completion Certificate, PTM, Site Plan, Outstanding dues, etc. w.e.f 20 Nov 2023.
