Meanwhile, G-block continues to show strong performance with 'own' or profit margins ranging between 80 to 82 Lacs. For those looking for smaller residential options, F-block offers 5-marla plots at a cost of land between 55 to 60 Lacs, and H-block provides 8-marla options in the 80 to 85 Lacs bracket.
